One of the great R&B joints that retained the gritty analog soul disco aesthetic! The early to mid 80's launched an era of keyboard and drum programming experimentation with their respective productions. However this gem remained steadfast and true utilizing solid musicianship funky and tight, while the vocals are raw and earthy exemplifying the soul birthed from the previous era; reminiscent of the late 60's and 70's! The recording and pressing capture these elements perfectly! A record I save for special occasions!!! A Soul R&B Holy Grail piece! An absolute must for the disco collector!

In fact this is the rarest Street-Level release, but strange to see that over 60 have this original. Maybe the reason is the massive bootleg amount that was pressed between 2004 and 2012.To be sure that you bought an original I added scans from the cover and both labels and the runout etchings today.
