Cornetist Braff and guitarist Barnes fed off of each other and worked very well together, while rhythm guitarist Wayne Wright and bassist Michael Moore always gave them impeccable support. Highlights of this enjoyable set include Isn't It Romantic, Blue Room, You Took Advantage of Me and The Lady Is a Tramp. Track Listing. This CD reissue from cornetist Ruby Braff and guitarist George Barnes is like vintage wine - it's better today than when it was first released in 1975. The interplay between the two leads, with fine back-up from guitarist Wayne Wright and bassist Michael Moore, makes for an enjoyable concert of Rodgers and Hart's finest. Unfortunately, though, it's barely 30 minutes long. Classic Rodgers and Hart played by one of the best mainstream corntetists.
